Account Transfer Steps

When registering for a school account, you may receive an error saying that an account with your school's name already exists. This error will only occur if the account name exists within the same state as you. If you receive this error, and would like to gain access to your existing account, please perform the following steps:

  1. Have the principal of your school, or a secretary in your school's main office, send an email to admin@ezratech.us.
  2. In the subject of the email, specify "Account Transfer".
  3. In the body of the email, specify the name of the school whose account you are trying to gain access to, and the name and email of the coach who the account should be transferred to. Please CC the email of the coach who the account will be transferred to.
  4. Send the email.

Your account will be transferred as soon as possible once this information is provided. It cannot be transferred in any other way.
